Singer Ariana Grande was a big winner at the 2019 Grammy Awards taking home Best Pop Vocal Album for Sweetener, but she decided to skip the Grammy’s after she and Grammy producer, Ken Ehrlich, got into a public spat over what music she was supposed to perform at this year’s award ceremony.

Not going to this year’s Grammys didn’t stop Grande from showing off her gorgeous custom Zac Posen gown (which apparently costs tens of thousands of dollars) and giving her dog, Myron, the most expensive ride of his life.  The singer dragged him across her living room on the tail of the couture gown and giggled.

Myron was Mac Miller‘s dog and was adopted by Ariana after the unprecedented death of Miller last year.

As much fun as Ariana had showing her incredible Zac Posen gown on social media, she regretted not being able to attend the show to personally receive her award for Best Pop Album and giving her speech.

‘I know i’m not there tonight (trust, I tried and still truly wished it had worked out tbh)’ Ariana told her millions of fans, ‘and I know I said I try not to put too much weight on these things…but f**k…..this is wild and beautiful. thank you so much.’

In spite of her noticeable absence from the Grammy’s, Grande spent the whole weekend celebrating her ‘thank u, next‘ album release, after all it hit #1 on the Billboard chart minutes after it’s release.

Grande was spotted at an outdoor party on Saturday in Beverly Hills where the hitmaker was seen enjoying white wine as she chatted with several people.

Her mood appeared to be ecstatic as she laughed and mingled with her friends enjoying the sunny California weather.

Grande was dressed casually, in a suede hooded jacket, cropped top, baggy jeans, grey stiletto boots and Chanel fanny pack for her celebratory party and even stopped and greeted a dog on her way out.

Guess it’s true what they say, every dog has a lucky day! Congratulations to Ariana on her huge wins over the weekend.
