Pregnant Meghan Markle has not gone a day without cradling her burgeoning baby bump but the reason behind it might surprise you.
Meghan looked stunning, as usual, for her royal engagement at The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust to mark International Women’s Day.
She was sporting an above-the-knee Reiss black & white printed dress, black jacket, and black pumps. Her brunette hair was pulled back in a loose french twist and was carrying a gold chain clutch.
The Duchess of Sussex was introduced as a ‘royal not afraid to embrace full-on feminism‘ by panel leader Anne McElvoy and was asked about how her bump is treating her.
Her response had the attendees laughing when she exclaimed:
‘Very well! It’s funny, I’ve actually been joking in the past few weeks…I had seen this documentary on Netflix about feminism and one of the things they said during pregnancy is, ‘I feel the embryonic kicking of feminism,’ she continued, ‘I loved that, so boy or girl, or whatever it is, we hope that’s the case.’
Meghan Markle watches Netflix! Can she be any more relatable?
The royal baby is due in April and the countdown has started till the world meets the Duchess has Prince Harry‘s baby. Will it look more like Harry or Meghan? We can’t wait to find out!
