Adele has been spending a ton of time in NYC over the last few weeks hitting up one of the city’s most famous recording studios. However, Hollywood Pipeline can exclusively confirm the singer has been putting in some extra hours with good pal, Taylor Swift.
Here’s the kicker, not only did the singers spend multiple days together, another eye witness spotted tons of Adele’s recording equipment being delivered to Swift’s home for the hangout.
It’s still unclear if there’s a duet in our future or simply just a jam session. Either way, we can’t wait for whatever music comes out of this!
According to numerous reports, Adele has been working hard on her next album, which is set to be released toward the end of 2019. Back in June, The Sun reported that “a number of studio musicians have been approached to work with [Adele] and she’s already penned some of the songs.” Taylor may have been one of them.
Don’t forget, Adele did show major support for Swift during the Reputation Tour stop in London. Adele joined T backstage along with Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling – fans went nuts at the idea of their hangout. Has the time finally come for these two mega stars to join forces on an album?
Taylor isn’t the only friend Adele has been spending time with while in the Big Apple. The Hello singer made headlines while enjoying a night out with her pal Jennifer Lawrence at a drag show.

On a separate occasion, the Brit also made time to support Jake Gyllenhaal and Tom Sturridge during their production of Sea Wall / A Life. After the play the three were snapped grabbing dinner together at Via Carota restaurant in the city.
It’s been four years since Adele’s 25 album exploded onto the charts with mega hits like Hello, Send My Love, When We Were Young and Water Under the Bridge. We’re all ready for some new music, especially if it includes T. Swift.
We reached out to reps and have yet to hear back.
