Prince Harry was probably the happiest we have ever seen him as he addressed the media waiting outside Winsor Castle following the birth of his son, and every second of his announcement was adorable.

The British Royal stepped out with a smile from ear-to-ear to chat with media and confirm his wife Meghan Markle had given birth this morning to a 7-pound, 3-ounce baby boy at 5:26 am.

During his announcement, Harry joked with reporters that his son’s birth was “definitely my first birth” and that he was “so incredibly proud” of the Duchess.

Harry went on to gloat “As every father and parent would ever say, you know, your baby is absolutely amazing, but this little thing is absolutely to die for, so I’m just over the moon.”

Unlike in the past, Harry and Meghan are doing things their way. For starters, she didn’t give birth at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London which has been a royal tradition for decades.

Instead, the couple was extremely private with almost every detail of the birth.  The palace did put out a statement saying Meghan and the baby were both doing well at the couple’s home at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor. They also went on to say Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, was with the family.

As for when we will get our first look at their new bundle of joy, Harry said: “I think we’ll be seeing you guys in probably two days’ time.”

If you’re wondering where this baby is in-line for the crown, well, he’s kinda far down the list. First comes Prince Charles, then Prince William, then all three of William’s children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, then Prince Harry, then the newest baby.
