Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon were out filming a scene for their new Apple TV+ show entitled The Morning Show in NYC.
Eventually, she hands the phone back after a few f-bombs and he scurries off.
The cast has been hard at work over the last few months filming this new highly anticipated series. Apple has described the show as “an inside look at the lives of the people who help America wake up in the morning, exploring the unique challenged faced by the women (and men) who carry out this daily televised ritual.”
Apple is reportedly paying some major cash to have these two enormous movie stars on the small screen together. According to Variety, both Aniston and Witherspoon are earning over $1 million dollars an episode for their work. What’s even more impressive, Apple green-lit 10 episodes off the bat. That’s $20 million in salaries off the top, not to mention Steve Carrell is apparently getting $600k an episode himself.
Overall, Apple is dropping over $1 billion dollars in programming to launch its new streaming service, according to the New York Times.
With iPhones prices continuing to rise, they’ll be able to pay Aniston $2 million an episode by 2020.
