Miley Cyrus and mom Tish Cyrus taking a leisurely walk around Malibu after it’s claimed the singer committed ‘direct theft’ for her Planned Parenthood Campaign.
The ‘Cattitude‘ singer looked carefree as she walked her dog with her mom scrolling through her cell phone showing her something on it.
Maybe Miley was showing her mom her latest drama since an artist by the name of Becca Rea-Holloway is accusing her of ‘direct theft’ after she used a similar feminist cake to the one the baker designed for her IG account.
The Instagram image in question depicts Cyrus taking a lick off a frosted sprinkle cake with the words ‘Abortion is Healthcare’ scribbled across.

@mileycyrus just announced a collaboration with @marcjacobs @plannedparenthood @happyhippiefdn using this image. It is a direct theft of my own original art work from May 2018, with no credit. It’s literally my exact handwriting, message, and concept. Swipe for comparison! Cake art is for everyone, but this is inexcusable.
Thesweetfeminist, as the baker goes by online, felt sided by the famous singer and called the action, ‘a direct theft of my own original art work from May 2018, with no credit’.
Miley was quick to respond to the oversight responding to Rea-Holloway — ‘Hi, we saw the image online and didn’t realize it was yours. We will absolutely tag you for your work. This image is not on the Marc Jacobs x Planned Parenthood hoodie we made to raise money and awareness for Planned Parenthood which I know is also close to your heart.’
The apology and offer to be tagged on the image were not enough for the artist who still felt the pop star stole her art. She responded with, “It doesn’t doesn’t change the fact that my work was used with my consent and it is not sufficient” according to People.
All the drama with the baker doesn’t seem to be affecting Cyrus who was out enjoying the sunny day with her mom after it had happened.
She looked dressed for comfort sporting a backward cap, yellow top, and graphic sweats with ‘Local Heroes’ and black sneakers.
Mom Tish wore a graphic tee with the words, ‘Her Way or The Highway’, white sweats, and sporty sneakers.
The makeup-free beauty is not one to stand down after calling out a music review for She’s Coming ‘shitty’ and calling out the author for spelling her mother’s name incorrectly.
However, she still took the time to thank them for adding a buy link to her album with a sarcastic comment — ‘[thanks]for putting buy/stream link at the end of your s—y article/although I’m pretty sure everyone has bought and streamed.”
Cattitude seems to be in full effect for Miley Cyrus and we are totally here for it!
