Chris Pratt and new wife Katherine Schwarzenegger show a united front after he gets backlash for wearing Don’t Tread On Me flag t-shirt.

They had a date night at A.O.C restaurant in West Hollywood looking every inch the power couple as they held hands walking down the street.

Katherine looked chic in a canary yellow jumpsuit paired with white mule kitten heels and white tote.  She accessorized her summer look with several thin gold chains, gold cuff bracelets, and small earrings.

Chris played it safe in a white button-up shirt, black pants, and black dress shoes after he came under fire for wearing a ‘Don’t Tread On Me‘ flag tee which nowadays has been associated with white supremacist groups.

The controversial tee depicts Old Glory and the Gadsden flag and caused a social media storm with polarizing results.

Twitter user Amanda Clarke (@akclarke_) expressed her dismay at Pratt wearing the shirt saying — ‘Andy Dwyer would never wear a shirt emblazoned with a white supremacist dog whistle. Chris Prat is unequivocally the worst Chris’.

Mike Ritland (@MRitland)

While others came to his defense saying, ‘Holy shit how do some people have so much free time on their hands to find reasons to manufacture being offended?  The fact that people are linking @prattprattpratt to supporting white supremacy for wearing @forgedclothing “Don’t Thread On Me” t-shirt is absolute crap’

The tee is sold by a former Navy Seal who founded Forged company and gives some proceeds to the Navy SEALs Fund.

Chris Pratt didn’t address the issue directly but left a cryptic message on social media with a quote from the bible — ‘For Lack of wood the fire goes.  And where there is no whisperer quarreling ceases.  Have a great day everybody ???♥️’.
