Justin Bieber looks like a rain of sunshine wearing a bright yellow outfit while running errands in Los Angeles.

He arrived at the Bryson Financial building and was greeted by shutterbugs and briefly shook hands with a fan as he headed to the elevator with his security guard.

He was sporting a blue backward cap, yellow denim jacket, yellow tee, yellow sweatpants, and yellow New Balance sneakers.

The Intentions singers seemed unfazed about catching the virus while breaking one of the cardinal-rules presented by the CDC to avoid contact and not shake hands as a precaution to COVID-19.

Dr. Oz explained why handshakes are a big no-no explaining handshakes transfer 10X’s more bacteria than a fist bump and he’s recommending celebrities stop doing it for their health and the people around them.

Los Angeles International Airport has gone as far as placing ‘No Handshake Zones’ throughout the airports with signs stating: “until further notice, there is NO HAND-SHAKING in this office.  Please be considerate of others and be sure to wash your hands regularly”.

Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson confirmed they tested positive for the virus while filming down under as well as NBA players Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell who contracted the virus in the United States.

Gobert was so convinced he didn’t have the virus he acted ‘careless’ according to his official statement after reports surfaced he “jokingly rubbed his hands all over [reporters] microphones and recorders”.

He released the following statement after testing positive:

“The first and most important thing is I would like to publicly apologize to the people that I may have endangered,” Gobert said.

“At the time, I had no idea I was even infected. I was careless and make no excuse. I hope my story serves as a warning and causes everyone to take this seriously.”

“I will do whatever I can to support using my experience as a way to educate others and prevent the spread of this virus.”

The professional athlete thanked everyone who has reached out to him since the news broke and says he will make a full recovery.

“I have gone through so many emotions since learning of my diagnosis…mostly fear, anxiety, and embarrassment.”

“I am under great care and will fully recover. Thank you again for all your support. I encourage everyone to take all of the steps to stay safe and healthy. Love.”

The fact is celebrities are beginning to take COVID-19 very seriously and stopping direct interactions with fans for the safety of themselves and those around them.
