Britney Spears is the ‘American Dream’ while introducing new husband Kevin Federline to her family in Kentwood, Louisiana in 2004.
The pop star was absolutely giddy while running around her hometown visiting different family members and introducing her backup dancer husband. She looked particularly happy when she took him to her aunt’s jewelry gift shop where she couldn’t hide her excitement of being a new bride as she looked adoringly at him.
Then 23-years-old Britney wore a hot pink graphic shirt that read “I Am The American Dream”, a pair of Bebe track pants, and sneakers while her new husband decided to meet the family wearing a classy hat that read “Rock out with your cock out”.
On the same trip, Britney picked up her little sister Jamie Lynn Spears from school, who was just 13-years-old at the time and took her along for the ride to their favorite eatery Nylas Burger.
The trip back home took place just ten days after her surprise wedding and the newlyweds couldn’t look happier together.
She went on to capitalize on being the ‘American dream’ by releasing Piece of Me in 2009 and then released a video game called Britney Spears: The American Dream in 2016.
Britney recently gave a shout-out to another one of her famous exes, Justin Timberlake, and raved about what a genius he is even addressing their very public breakup in the post.
The 38-year-old singer posted an Instagram video where she is dancing to Timberlake’s Filthy song, saying — “This is my version of Snapchat or Tiktok or whatever the cool thing you’re supposed to do these days!!!! As you can see I’m not really dancing folks……I’m just very bored. PS I know we had one of the world’s biggest breakups 20 years ago ….. but hey the man is a genius !!!! Great song JT !!!! Pssss if you KNOW WHAT’S GOOD !!!!!!”
Surprisingly, Justin responded to Britney with a laughing emoji and 3 hands up emojis which could be the first time the two have publicly spoken since their breakup in 2002.
Her new boyfriend, personal trainer Sam Ashghari also commented on the post, gushing that Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, even MySpace was inspired by her with several emoji’s.
